Makeup for the Camera

I want to talk to girls who want to work in TV show. There are certain makeup techniques and rule when it comes to camera appearance and these rules require an application of a lot of makeup products on your face. Why do you think Kim Kardashian is addicted to the contouring makeup – because she is shot constantly from the paparazzi and she wants to look great the whole time? One time I saw my friend right after the shooting day of a TV show she entered. Her face looked almost unrecognizable, but when I saw her on the TV, she looked absolutely normal. She told me that the camera changes the image a lot and if she hadn’t had so much makeup put on her face, she would look ridiculous. That’s why I decided to show you a tutorial for contouring and highlighting makeup technique, which is absolutely appropriate for job in front of the camera, take a look:
Start with a primer. The application of a primer is essential step when you want to apply several, full-coverage layers of makeup on your face. The primer hold the makeup to last longer and also protects the pores from clogging.
Once the primer is set you should continue with the highlighting step. The basic rule is to highlight the places of the face, which are closer to the light, in other words – the highest peaks of the facial features. Most often these peaks are: the center of the forehead, the bridge of the nose, cheek apples and under eye areas, chin and above jawlines. Use oily concealer that is two shades lighter than your skin complexion.
The rest of the face must be contoured. Use concealer that is two shades darker than your skin complexion.
Blend in with huge blending brush.
Top it with translucent powder in order to remove any oily glow and continue with the blush and the eye makeup. Keep the lips soft and pale.
Done! And action!contour_1
